Actevate is seeking expressions of interest for a Talent Manager to partner with business leaders on recruitment, culture, employer brand, retention and workforce sustainability. Duties include leading end-to-end recruitment, defining role requirements, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and assessments, advising hiring managers, championing company values, leading engagement and belonging initiatives, supporting employee wellbeing, representing Actevate at industry events, developing employer brand content, supporting internal mobility, analysing retention data, and contributing workforce planning insights. Applicants should have solid in-house recruitment experience, stakeholder management and influencing skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, storytelling skills, data literacy, strong interviewing and assessment judgement, and a commitment to inclusive, candidate-centred recruitment.
