The STX Traineeship is a 14-month program designed to accelerate your entry into environmental markets. You will rotate through four teams, starting in operations, followed by three front-office desks, to gain a complete view of the trading lifecycle. The program includes cold-calling, business development, corporate account management, trade analysis, market research and dashboard building. Applications open around August for New York City and February for Amsterdam.
