Lovebrain is seeking a Senior Student Success Executive to deliver its cognitive performance training experience. The role involves hosting 2 to 3 hour online Discovery Seminars via Zoom for audiences of 50 to 100 participants, presenting Lovebrain's training and methodologies, following up with interested attendees, guiding potential students through enrolment, and supporting enrolled students throughout the programme. No cold calling or hard selling is required. Candidates should have sales or enrolment experience focused on relationship-building and ethical communication, a commitment to supporting personal growth, alignment with Lovebrain's mission, and flexibility to work until 10pm on certain days. Full training, ongoing development opportunities, a supportive team, and competitive pay of £30,000 to £70,000 OTE are offered.
