Araw is looking for an ice cream enthusiast to manage the day-to-day operation of its scoop shop. The role involves leading, motivating and supervising the retail team, training staff, managing rotas, delivering excellent customer service, overseeing setup and pack-down, monitoring stock, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, completing temperature checks and cleaning logs, and sharing customer feedback with the production team.
