Araw is looking for bright people to join its team in an ice cream store. Responsibilities include producing consistent ice cream scoops and cones, providing friendly customer service, knowing the current menu, ingredients and allergen information, maintaining a clean and organised workspace in line with food safety and hygiene standards, handling payments accurately, and working closely with the team. The role requires the ability to work under pressure, stand for at least four hours at a time, multitask and maintain a positive attitude. Applicants should be friendly, energetic, proactive, quick learners, good communicators and problem solvers, open to new ideas, detail oriented, comfortable asking for help, and interested in becoming long-term team members.
