The Stakeholder Services Fellow builds and maintains relationships with Times Square businesses, employees, residents, and other stakeholders through direct outreach. Responsibilities include researching and pursuing community engagement ideas, updating stakeholder data in Salesforce, creating and evaluating reports, supporting business openings and communications about city regulations, coordinating events, conducting district walks, and helping craft communications about Alliance events and advocacy. Strong writing and editing skills, Salesforce experience, interest in DEI, and the ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment are listed as advantages. Mandarin is a bonus.
