The Operations-Plaza Fellow assists the Operations Department with plaza event planning, quality of life issues, public safety, sanitation processes, and programming and event needs in public spaces. Projects may include database management, workforce analysis, and department maintenance and operations. The fellow prepares the weekly Operations and Production schedule distributed to Public Safety and Sanitation supervisors. The position includes substantial outdoor work surveying and addressing issues in the Broadway Pedestrian Plazas and around the district. Flexibility, hands-on ability, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment are important.
