Korean Community Services of Metropolitan New York is seeking a strategic, creative, and hands-on Senior Communications & Outreach Manager to lead communications, branding, storytelling, digital platforms, fundraising support, donor engagement, content creation, community outreach, advocacy, and cross-departmental coordination. Responsibilities include developing communications and outreach strategies, managing social media and the website, overseeing newsletters and media relations, supporting fundraising and donor stewardship, coordinating events, representing KCS in the community, supervising outreach staff and volunteers, and traveling throughout the five boroughs and beyond as required. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, finance, or a related field, more than 5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or the nonprofit sector, professional bilingual fluency in Korean and English, and experience with content creation, storytelling, digital marketing, social media, and project or team coordination. The role requires strong communication, project management, interpersonal, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills. Adobe Creative Suite experience is preferred but not required. The position offers $75,000 annually, a competitive benefits package, and a 40-hour workweek with occasional evenings and weekends.
