KCS New Jersey is seeking a part-time Adult Chorus Instructor to lead its adult choral program in Tenafly, NJ. Responsibilities include directing structured rehearsals, teaching vocal techniques, selecting repertoire, assessing singer progress, fostering an inclusive classroom, maintaining attendance records, managing rehearsal setup and breakdown, communicating program updates, and preparing the ensemble for showcases, recitals, or seasonal performances. An associate's degree in music or a related field is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of instructional or conducting experience, piano or keyboard accompaniment skills, choral leadership and vocal pedagogy knowledge, strong organizational skills, professional fluency in English, and reliable transportation to Tenafly. Korean proficiency is highly preferred. No benefits are provided. Compensation is $40 per hour to $50 per hour.
