The role involves supporting children and young people with their daily needs, accompanying them to appointments, planning and conducting leisure activities, maintaining a healthy daily structure, supporting operational and administrative work, liaising with authorities, and promoting social harmony in the accommodation. Applicants must have state recognition as an educator or a completed degree in social work, social pedagogy, or a comparable qualification. Experience in residential or outpatient youth welfare is advantageous. Teamwork, organisational and coordination skills, good MS Office knowledge, good written and spoken German, and an extended certificate of good conduct without entries are required.
