The role supports children, adolescents and young adults with their daily needs, including accompanying them to appointments, planning and running leisure activities, maintaining healthy daily routines, supporting operational and administrative work, liaising with authorities and maintaining social harmony in the accommodation. Applicants must have state recognition as an educator or a completed degree in social work, social pedagogy or a comparable qualification. Experience in residential or outpatient youth welfare, strong teamwork, organisational and coordination skills, good MS Office knowledge, good German language skills and an extended certificate of good conduct without entries are required or advantageous as stated.
