Manage multiple interior design and architectural projects from initiation through construction completion, participating in all phases of project delivery. Responsibilities include developing scopes of work, fee proposals, schedules, and agreements; reviewing contracts and project accounting; leading daily project management activities; coordinating with clients, contractors, subconsultants, and regulatory agencies; overseeing quality assurance and quality control; managing budgets; visiting project sites; participating in marketing and business development; and mentoring junior staff. The role requires ownership of project and firm-wide success, excellent communication and collaborative leadership skills, knowledge of corporate commercial real estate objectives and all phases of project delivery, and working knowledge of building and fire codes. A bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design or Architecture and 12 or more years of experience managing interior design or architectural projects are required. Salary is estimated at $125,000 to $145,000 plus benefits. Candidates must have legal working status in the United States, as Huntsman will not sponsor work visas.
