Lead medium to large enterprise-wide projects through LifeLabs' project gating framework, delivering projects on time, within scope and budget, and with intended business value. Responsibilities include managing scope, schedules, budgets, procurement, quality, communications, resources, risks, changes, dependencies, reporting, stakeholder engagement, change management, project teams, and PMO standards. The role also coaches and mentors Project Managers and supports adoption of project management tools and processes. Requirements include seven or more years of project management experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, formal project management training and PMP certification or equivalent, experience managing cross-functional projects and teams, financial acumen, strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder engagement and change management skills, Microsoft Office and PPM tool proficiency, and the ability to work in complex environments.
