Carry out laboratory activities accurately and efficiently, including specimen handling and prioritization, specimen data entry, manual and automated testing under supervision, quality assurance procedures, incident and non-conformance escalation, equipment maintenance, reagent and control preparation, supply monitoring, and safe waste handling. A high school diploma is required, WHMIS training and previous Hematology laboratory experience are preferred, and Registered Laboratory Assistant certification is optional. The role requires confidentiality and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
