The Senior Specialist assists the Production Manager and is responsible for parts of the day or night when the manager is not present. The role focuses on hiring, training, and developing a team while building the foundations needed to run a Clover operation. Senior Specialists must have demonstrated success in a Specialist role and display leadership qualities. The position is designated Health Plan Full-Time and is eligible for the BOX staff customer contribution. The listed pay is $19.75 per hour.
