The Specialist assists the Production Manager and is responsible for parts of the day or night when the manager is not present. The role focuses on hiring, training, and developing a team while building the foundations needed to run a Clover operation. Specialists must be fully trained Certified Team Members and display leadership qualities. The position is designated Health Plan Full-Time and is eligible for the BOX staff customer contribution. The listed pay is $18.75 per hour.
