Conrad | Metlitzky | Kane is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to help manage the caseload for the firm's attorneys with assistance from the case-clerk team, and to help develop systems and processes for the firm's growing practice. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree, a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program, at least 4 years of substantial civil litigation experience in state and federal trial courts, excellent research, writing, interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time-management skills, and expertise in Adobe Pro, Microsoft Office Suite, calendaring software, Westlaw, electronic filing systems, transcript management software, and electronic discovery databases such as Everlaw and Relativity. Responsibilities include managing discovery and third-party subpoenas, supporting document collections and productions, preparing and filing pleadings, organizing exhibits and supporting documents, and supporting arbitrations and trials through witness binder preparation, witness coordination, and communication with court personnel and vendors. The role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and cutting-edge litigation with dedicated colleagues. Compensation is anticipated to range from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
