Join AbilityMade's growing New South Wales clinical team and help develop the next generation of orthotic care for people with disabilities. The role uses 3D scanning, digital limb modification with CanFit, 3D printing for advanced AFOs, AI-assisted note-taking, automated systems and streamlined reporting. You will deliver care through AbilityMade's clinic-in-clinic model at NAPA Lane Cove, CPA Kingswood and CPA Dubbo, build relationships with families and allied health peers, and work independently with support from national design and fabrication teams. Applicants should have a strong clinical foundation with 3+ years of experience, a collaborative mindset, enthusiasm for technology, and a genuine desire to help people. The role offers hybrid flexibility across Sydney CBD headquarters, clinic locations and home, an employee share option plan, a base salary of $110,000 to $130,000 plus performance-based incentives, possible relocation assistance, team socials and shared meals.
