Join AbilityMade's New South Wales clinical team and help expand access to quality orthotics for children and people who need them. You will work from leading physio clinics at NAPA Lane Cove, CPA Kingswood and CPA Dubbo, with the opportunity to support future clinic locations. The role includes comprehensive training and mentorship in a digital-first workflow using 3D scanning, digital limb modification with CanFit and 3D printing for advanced AFOs. You will build relationships with families and allied health peers while receiving support from the national design and fabrication teams. AbilityMade is seeking someone with certified AOPA membership, a collaborative spirit, a strong desire to help people and enthusiasm for learning and new technology. No years of experience are required, as training will be provided. The role offers a hybrid working model combining Sydney CBD headquarters, clinic days and at-home work, an employee share option plan, a competitive base salary of $70,000 to $90,000 plus performance-based incentives, and possible relocation assistance.
