CubeMatch is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to analyse and design business and regulatory requirements across development banking, back-office operations and credit management. Responsibilities include supporting development finance products such as programme loans, grants, guarantees, equity investments and collateral management, contributing to back-office transaction processing and payments, supporting credit processing and risk analysis, developing functional and technical concepts, participating in testing, documenting processes and requirements, and providing knowledge transfer. Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience within a bank, financial services provider or securities firm, at least 7 years of project experience, strong functional knowledge in development finance, back-office banking operations or credit processing and risk management, strong banking domain knowledge, and strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
