Responsibilities include engineering autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents, developing scalable AI-powered applications, designing AI architectures, integrating agents with enterprise data, APIs and workflows, implementing safeguards and evaluation mechanisms, deploying solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and AWS services, developing and evaluating ML and AI models, applying MLOps and LLMOps practices, monitoring production systems, supporting responsible AI governance, collaborating with software engineers and stakeholders, and mentoring colleagues. Essential experience includes a degree in a relevant discipline, production AI delivery experience, strong Python skills, AI and ML system design knowledge, cloud-based AI platforms, MLOps, model monitoring, agentic AI systems, Microsoft Copilot Studio or Azure AI Foundry, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, vector databases, tool calling, responsible AI controls, and experience in banking, financial services or similarly regulated environments.
