Provide quotations for New Business, assist the Branch and act as a referral point for Trainees. The role involves face to face lead generation, dealing with clients in the branch, over the phone and via email, and maximising sales targets through efficient communication and negotiation. Responsibilities include providing suitable quotations and products, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining accurate customer records, handling queries, generating new business opportunities, attending network events when required, and remaining compliant with company policies and FCA requirements. Candidates should have excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, analytical and organisational skills, be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and have a positive team attitude. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a broking or underwriting environment is required. Cert CII qualification is an advantage.
