SiteWorks is seeking a senior associate for all phases of public realm landscape architecture projects, including parks, waterfronts, streetscapes, plazas, roofscapes, interior landscapes, green infrastructure, and eco-restoration. Responsibilities include leading projects from design through construction under the direction of a Partner, managing communications with clients, stakeholders, and external design disciplines, overseeing assigned staff, managing project financial performance, participating in project staffing reviews, and mentoring junior staff. Qualifications include at least 12 years of landscape architecture experience, at least five years of demonstrated project management experience including financial management, a bachelor's or master's degree in landscape architecture, and New York State landscape architect registration or the ability to obtain it within three months. Experience with interdisciplinary collaboration, specifications, design, construction detailing, cost estimating, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite is required. Experience with New York City, New York State, and New Jersey public agencies is preferred. The typical work week is 40 to 45 hours, with a salary range of $105,000 to $120,000 depending on experience.
