The role suits a senior lawyer with strong trusts and estates litigation and advisory experience, technical excellence, confidence running complex matters autonomously, and the ability to supervise and mentor junior team members. Accreditation as a Specialist in Wills and Estates is not essential but will be viewed favourably. An existing client base or transferable practice is not required.
