Responsible for programming, leading and delivering project work, providing the full Architect's Service, acting as Lead Designer or project lead, promoting sustainable design, delivering quality design services, managing projects against financial and fee targets, allocating tasks to project teams, providing architectural advice to clients, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to business plan objectives. The role requires frequent travel to other offices and sites. Essential qualifications and experience include professional membership of the Architects Registration Board and the Royal Institute of British Architects, a degree in an architectural related discipline, a current site card or willingness to attain one immediately, extensive experience in a similar or related role, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD, and familiarity with relevant construction, health and safety legislation and asbestos-related risks and hazards. Experience providing high level consultancy advice is desirable.
