Available Light is seeking a full-time, hands-on Senior Accountant to keep the financial operations of a small, creative firm accurate, organized, and running smoothly. Reporting to the Executive Director of Operations, the role includes accounts payable and receivable, payroll support, reconciliations, financial reporting, invoice processing, expense review, timesheet and expense report processing, financial statement preparation, revenue forecasting, sales tax data compilation, vendor rebate reporting, and commission calculations. Candidates should have 5 to 7 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in the AEC industry, advanced Excel skills, and a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a relevant field. Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or Vision is highly preferred. The position ideally will be based in Boston, with consideration for other studio locations, hybrid, or remote work.
