Security staff are responsible for the overall safety and security of the venue, patrons, artists and staff, while helping front of house crews create a friendly and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include monitoring interior and exterior perimeters, guarding sensitive access points, and verifying credentials. Requirements include a valid BSIS Guard Card or approved Proprietary Security Officer card, RBS certification, 1 to 2 years of live event or concert security experience, the ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods, and the ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
