The Backstage Coordinator manages artist and client needs, maintains clean and presentable backstage areas, handles end-of-show breakdown and reset, assists the Production Manager with venue access, helps develop decor adjustments, and maintains backstage inventory and equipment. A vehicle or access to a vehicle is mandatory. Requirements include prior live event production experience, the ability to manage multiple projects, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, patience in stressful environments, tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms, a high school diploma, and a valid California driver's license. The role requires lifting up to 75 pounds and working in moderate to loud noise levels.
