Join Hyde Park Capital's Seasonal Investment Banking Analyst Program in the Tampa office. The program offers exposure to sourcing and execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial advisory assignments. Responsibilities include building financial models, performing valuation analysis, conducting industry and company due diligence, creating industry reports and client presentations, and supporting deal execution and pitch processes. Candidates must be able to work full-time and have a strong academic record with a GPA above 3.5, an interest in finance, a general understanding of financial statements and valuations, superior analytical skills, financial acumen, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, strong attention to detail, accuracy, reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to learn quickly are also required. Previous investment banking experience is preferred.
