Join Hyde Park Capital's Seasonal Investment Banking Analyst Program in the Tampa office. The program provides exposure to sourcing and execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial advisory assignments. Responsibilities include building financial models, performing valuation analysis, conducting industry and company due diligence, creating industry reports and client presentations, and supporting deal execution and pitch processes. Candidates must be able to work full-time and should have a strong academic record with a GPA above 3.5, an interest in finance, an understanding of financial statements and valuations, strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail, reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to learn quickly. Previous investment banking experience is preferred. Seasonal Analysts receive mentorship, networking opportunities, and significant exposure to junior and senior investment bankers in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
