KHQ Lawyers runs seasonal clerkship programs in July and November each year for penultimate and final year law students. Clerks are involved in legal research, drafting correspondence and documents, preparing summaries and memoranda, attending client meetings and calls, and assisting with transactions. Clerks work within their assigned team and receive support from a principal solicitor or senior associate, a buddy, and structured feedback throughout the clerkship. Applications require a cover letter and certified academic transcript. KHQ looks for academic capability, curiosity, communication skills, judgement, honesty, reliability and collegiality. The July 2026 program runs from 6 July to 31 July 2026, and the November 2026 program runs from 16 November to 18 December 2026.
