KHQ's graduate program is designed for law graduates starting their legal career in a structured and supportive environment. Graduates work on high quality, complex matters in lean teams, contribute to legal work and develop skills required for admission to practice. The program includes rotations through each practice area, with mentoring from a director, a practice group mentor and a buddy. KHQ looks for strong academic foundations, curiosity, commercial awareness, willingness to take on responsibility, clear thinking, strong communication, sound judgement and a professional, team-oriented approach. Applications typically open in March or April and require a CV, cover letter and certified academic transcript.
