Ms Frankie is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to deliver a best-in-class experience for guests and crew, drive business performance, and build, develop and lead a high-performing team. The role requires demonstrated restaurant management experience in a premium dining environment, exemplary leadership, exceptional service and guest-focused skills, knowledge of management and restaurant compliance practices, adaptability during high-pressure service periods, relationship-building ability, strong organisational and time management skills, experience using a Time and Attendance system such as Deputy or similar, excellent communication and presentation, availability to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts, and a valid RSA certificate.
