Ms Frankie is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to report to the Venue Manager and help deliver a best-in-class experience for guests and crew through high standards of service and restaurant operations. The role requires supervisory or assistant managerial experience in a premium, fast-paced dining environment, exemplary leadership and coaching ability, exceptional service and guest-focused skills, knowledge of management and restaurant compliance practices, adaptability during high-pressure service periods, relationship-building ability, strong organisational and time management skills, experience using Abacus, Sevenrooms or similar, excellent communication and presentation, a humble and open communication style, availability to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts, a valid RSA certificate, and the ability to create a positive, high-energy environment.
