Manage the residential community, supervise Resident Assistants, support student development and community building, respond to crises, and oversee daily housing operations. The role includes a 24/7 on-call rotation for about 50% of the month during semesters, in-person emergency response, housing emergency triage, student conduct hearings, conflict and wellbeing support, residential programming, Resident Assistant supervision and training, and orientation support. Requirements include a bachelor's degree, C1-level English and Italian, strong communication, emotional intelligence, cultural competency, crisis response, organization, record keeping, and evening and weekend availability. Related higher education housing, student life, health and wellbeing, Microsoft Office, Maxient, and conflict mediation experience are preferred. This is a 38-hour-per-week, live-in, one-year contract with possible renewal. The gross annual salary is €21,500 to €23,400, with furnished accommodation, utilities, and €8 meal vouchers for each working day.
