Join Re:Match, an EU-funded social-innovation project that relocates Ukrainian refugees from Poland to German municipalities based on individual profiles and local labour-market demand. The role involves labour-market and refugee-profile research, compiling and quality-assuring external datasets, translating evidence into requirements for a Canada-based technology partner, and documenting stakeholder workshops and focus groups for ESF+ reporting. The position requires quantitative research skills, clear report writing, familiarity with migration or labour-market policy, and fluency in English plus at least B1 German. The role offers a flexible, remote-friendly set-up with core hours on CET, occasional late calls with North American colleagues, periodic travel to Berlin, 30 days' annual leave, and competitive non-profit remuneration equivalent to TV-L 12-13. This is a fixed-term position through 31 December 2026, with an extension subject to funding. Applications closed on 7 September 2025.
