Schlanger Law Group LLP is seeking a sharp, motivated Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across all phases of consumer protection litigation in federal court. Duties include serving as the primary day-to-day client contact, managing case files and deadlines, coordinating with courts and third parties, drafting and responding to discovery, organizing documents, preparing deposition materials, assisting with e-discovery, drafting correspondence and litigation documents, conducting factual research, filing documents in federal courts, and assisting with settlement administration. Requirements include 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, experience with federal court practice and CM/ECF, strong client communication and document management skills, technology fluency with tools including Salesforce and NetDocs, excellent organization, successful remote work experience, and U.S. residence. Experience with federal civil litigation, arbitration, consumer protection statutes, Salesforce, NetDocs, PACER, or Westlaw is strongly preferred. The position is fully remote, offers meaningful consumer protection work, modern technology, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and annual compensation of $70,000 to $80,000.
