HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER is seeking a legal trainee or research assistant in intellectual property law for its Düsseldorf office. The role offers direct involvement in work with partners and client contact, insight into IP litigation, challenging and commercially significant mandates including cross-border matters, autonomous work in small teams, a mentoring programme with regular feedback, and a collaborative team culture. The position includes a freely usable training budget of EUR 1,500 during the legal traineeship, access to the firm's library, modern offices in central Düsseldorf, and opportunities for permanent employment. Applicants should have at least a fully satisfactory result in the First State Examination, or two above-average State Examinations, very good English skills, an interest in legal work in intellectual property law, an interest in understanding complex technical matters and clients' commercial objectives, and enjoy teamwork.
