HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER is seeking a licensed intellectual property agent authorized to practice before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office, with experience managing and processing trademarks and designs, to join the trademark and design processing department at its Madrid office. Applicants should have a Spanish law degree, strong academic performance, two to three years of demonstrable experience in trademark and design portfolio processing and management, including similarity searches, preparing and filing registration applications, oppositions, and requests for invalidation and revocation before administrative bodies. Knowledge of Apiges is a plus. Excellent Spanish and fluent English at C1 level or equivalent are required, with French or German preferred.
