Based in Paris, you will help prepare current and future recruitment action plans with company directors, build talent pipelines through targeted searches, referrals, events and recruitment campaigns, work closely with operational teams and directors to support an efficient recruitment process and Excelcio's attractiveness, and implement the tools needed for the role, including databases and partnerships. The position requires a Bac +4/5 degree specialising in human resources, 2 or 3 years of successful experience in a similar B2B role in the digital sector or in a recruitment agency, knowledge of the Syntec collective agreement, fluent English, strong writing and facilitation skills, good interpersonal skills, organisation, initiative, synthesis, persistence and a focus on concrete results. Familiarity with social media such as LinkedIn and Twitter and sourcing tools is an advantage.
