Scarinci Hollenbeck, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney with 5+ years of real estate transactional experience to join its Real Estate and Land Use team. The role represents developers, redevelopers, lenders, and commercial property owners in complex transactions and redevelopment projects throughout New Jersey. Duties include handling commercial real estate transactions, drafting and negotiating agreements, overseeing due diligence, advising on land use and zoning matters, representing clients before municipal boards and governing bodies, handling real estate-related disputes, conducting legal research, collaborating with internal teams, and mentoring junior associates. Applicants must hold a Juris Doctor degree, be admitted to practice law in New Jersey, and have demonstrated experience with New Jersey land use, zoning, and redevelopment laws. Strong drafting, negotiation, client management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required. Admission in New York is a plus. The position is full-time and exempt, with locations in Little Falls, NJ and Red Bank, NJ.
