Scarinci Hollenbeck, LLC is seeking an attorney with more than 5 years of litigation experience, including at least two years in public law or government-related cases, to join its Public Law practice. The role involves leading public litigation matters from pre-suit investigation through appeals, drafting pleadings and briefs, advising municipalities, boards of education and government officials, managing prerogative writ proceedings, representing clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations and trials, supervising associates, and monitoring legislative developments. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree, be admitted to practice in New Jersey, and have strong research, writing, oral advocacy, organizational and case management skills. New York admission, existing client relationships or portable business, and proficiency in LexisNexis, Westlaw and Microsoft Office are a plus.
