Due to continued growth, CSG Law is seeking an associate attorney with 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, focused on representing institutional and commercial lenders in sophisticated commercial real estate finance matters. Experience structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex real estate and finance transactions is required, while workout experience is a plus. Candidates should be experienced in reviewing title commitments, surveys, corporate organizational documents, opinions, and leases, and conducting comprehensive due diligence. The ideal candidate will be admitted in New York and New Jersey. A hybrid work model is available. The position offers a salary range of $180,000-$225,000, discretionary bonuses, insurance coverage, health savings and flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off, along with a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
