CSG Law is seeking an attorney with 4+ years of experience for its Corporate Practice Group. The role includes managing or leading M&A, joint venture, including real estate joint venture, and equity and debt financing transactions, along with drafting and negotiating corporate and transactional documents such as merger agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements, complex operating and shareholder agreements, and commercial agreements. Excellent client skills and admission to the New Jersey or New York bar are required. This hybrid position is based in the firm's Roseland, New Jersey office.
