We are looking for a talented and experienced property solicitor with 4-6 years PQE to handle a broad range of work including site acquisition and disposal, investment, development, landlord and tenant, plot sales, estate management and property finance across commercial and residential sectors. The role offers direct client contact and opportunities to develop skills and expertise with support from an experienced team. Candidates should be self-reliant, responsive, flexible and commercially minded, with a good grasp of relevant law. The successful candidate will have an excellent academic and career record, good business sense and commercial awareness, be willing to take on leadership roles in transactional work, work comfortably in a close team and delegate to junior members where appropriate, have excellent communication and networking skills, engage in marketing initiatives, and be ambitious and eager to share responsibility for the organisation and development of the department.
