We are looking for a talented mid-level commercial property solicitor with 3 to 5 years PQE to handle a broad range of work, including site acquisition and disposal, investment, development, landlord and tenant, plot sales, estate management and property finance across the commercial and residential sectors. The role offers varied work with a broad and diverse client base, direct client contact, and opportunities to develop skills and expertise with support from a small but highly experienced team. Applicants should be self-reliant, responsive, flexible and commercially minded, with a good grasp of the relevant law. Experience dealing with residential developments and plot sales schemes is particularly of interest. The firm offers a supportive collegiate atmosphere where talent is recognised and rewarded.
