Sotheby's Institute of Art is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the administration of the Master of Arts in Luxury Business programme and coordinate field study travel for all master's programmes. Approximately 60% of the role is dedicated to the MA in Luxury Business programme and 40% to field study travel support. Duties include supporting programme administration, faculty and course management, scheduling rooms and courses, managing guest lecturer payments and follow-up, coordinating announcements and site visits, participating in admissions and Institute events, supporting student services, and assisting with programme policies. Field study responsibilities include developing itineraries and travel logistics, arranging flights and accommodation, participating in study trips, sourcing maps and digital materials, preparing student travel folders, arranging meeting rooms, transport and meals, and maintaining destination and partner records. The role may involve up to three weeks of travel each academic year, including weekends and evenings. Candidates should have excellent organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications, the ability to travel locally, nationally and internationally, professionalism, diplomacy, and a commitment to diversity and inclusiveness. Regular weekday availability during core business hours is required, with additional evening hours when necessary. A BA is required and an MA is preferred. Knowledge of or strong interest in luxury business, travel arrangements experience and higher education experience are desirable. Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the US.
