This role works closely with clients to deliver Private Equity fee transparency solutions in a dynamic asset class and entrepreneurial environment. Core responsibilities include modeling waterfall agreements to calculate investor-level carried interest, analyzing limited partnership agreements and extracting waterfall and management fee terms, reviewing and cleansing fund and portfolio company cash flows, reconciling and investigating variances between model calculations and GP-reported carried interest, and building the business analyst organization as a team leader. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in accounting, private equity fund accounting experience, practical experience with carried interest waterfall calculations, strong technical, analytical, financial modeling, project management, communication, writing, ownership, and accountability skills, advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. A financial analyst background or CFA is a plus.
