Cascata Solutions is seeking an experienced Investran programmer or consultant to work with its software development team on Investran implementation, product integration, and data model integration. Responsibilities include designing and supporting Investran integration and data utility frameworks, leading Investran data modeling involving accounting and reporting hierarchies, transaction types, batch templates, Active Templates, Allocation Rules, Data Import Utility, and Report Wizard, performing SQL optimization and SQL Server performance tuning, and assisting with quality assurance and troubleshooting. Requirements include 6 or more years of professional programming experience with C# and .NET technologies, including VSTO, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web Services, SQL Server, SSRS, and SSIS, working knowledge of the Investran SDK and API, accounting and reporting principles in Private Equity, Agile development practices, SDLC frameworks such as Waterfall, SCRUM, and KANBAN, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or equivalent. Systems integration, web service, ETL, and Private Equity experience are advantageous. This is a work-from-home position with travel to the NYC office a few times per week.
