Personal Health MD is seeking a board certified internal medicine, family practice, or Med Peds physician with more than 5 years of post-residency experience to provide full spectrum primary care and wellness care. Responsibilities include building a patient panel of up to 150 patients across adult age groups, college students, and occasional home visits, with pediatrics included for family practice or Med Peds physicians. The role includes in-office care four days per week, some telemedicine, four to six patients per day, extended visits, email follow-up, urgent after-hours texting, and shared physician call for vacations and CME.
